Currently training for Boston, been doing a ton of training on asphalt (no alternative, unfortunately) and for the past few days the undersides of my forefeet have been sore, especially under my big toes. I've had a metatarsal stress fracture before and it doesn't feel like anything resembling that, but it's still a concern.
Is anything that I should be concerned about? Does it have anything to do with cushioning in my shoes? I'm wearing my Zoom Elites for nearly every run and have about 200 miles on them.
