I'm doing 15x150s at about race pace (mile/1500) with a 50 meter recovery jog. For this to be an accurate reflection of a pace I can hold, should I worry about keeping up any speed in the recovery? I could either coast through it pretty fast but I've never tried it with the actual workout and I'm not sure I could do it. Does this mean that my pace is too fast? I currently put on the brakes for the recovery and then pseudo-jog it at a walk pace.
