Thanks a lot for the info, any idea on times?
times don't matter
bump... that is true for xc... exactly what i was thinking...
They matter a little bit, if he ran 22:00 that would be pretty sweet, and if he ran 30:00 that would indicate a quality win he had to gut-out on a difficult course.

Jeremy did that well? Wow.
That's cool that it's just 2 days after he was featured on the USA Today front page.
J. Mineau, where did he come from, after a great CCS career I thought he was in the tank, ran an iffy XC season, and then busts out with an 8:teens 3k and this. It looks like he is starting to absorb that college training.
Two Des Moines Roosevelt kids in the top 20. Good stuff.
Damn fine runnin', Rough Riders!!
Wow... Rupp, Eagon, and Vail... Oregon represent!
Mineau went 4:16 early this indoor season. That's gotta be close (one or two secs?) to his outdoor mile PR in HS. I'd say he's improving all right.
Another solid performance by Christo Landry from W&M. Look for a good track 10K out of him in a couple of months.
Parker Valby post 5k interview... Worst of all time? Are Parker Valby interviews always cringe?
MSU men > NAU by 1 point even though Nico Young and Colin Sahlman tripled!!
