Even better!
Funny part is...... trackhead helps hundreds of runners every year. Not with the message boards, but in the shop that he works. I've seen him take HOURS with tired, middle aged men and woman and help them to get healed of their injuries and keep them out on thier morning jog and staying fit and healthy. He hands out volumes of information from books and internet printouts on how to keep injuries at bay, how to get the most out of your running, how to eat right, race well, you name it to people who may of may not use it. He does this at no charge, he just hope you buy a pair of shoes from him so he gets to keep his job and pay for rent, food, and school.
If you agree with him of not about his training or his shoes or his DVD's, he is still doing a lot of good in the running world. How many runners do you impact a year? How many cases of PF have you healed? How many new runners have you held hands with and set out a good program to get them started and not feel daunted by the skinny, fleet footed egotistical bastards that blow by the morning joggers in a huff without saying "hi" or even nodding a smile to? How many people come back to you after two weeks of taking your advice and give you thank you cards and bring their friends by to ask their running questions?
Lets hear your story, OK?
