Haven't eaten meat or seafood in 15-20 years. I do eat eggs regularly. Is it a good idea to add some fish or lean meat to my diet? If so, what do you recommend?

Pvssy.
What spurred you to want to eat meat after being a vegetarian for 20 years?
Strictly nutrition. Getting older, want to make sure I'm getting everything that I need.
Why would you want to eat meat like a barbaric conservative caveman? Are you also a racist Trump supporter? By avoiding meat your brain has evolved and your neurotransmitters have gotten more efficient. To go back now would cancel all of your progress.
You should give up all animal products including eggs.
If the goal is full nutrition, then the best thing you can do is eat fit, healthy human beings. The tricky part is, in order to get the complete benefit, you must eat every part, including the bones.
Taboo? Yes. But I challenge any dietician to challenge the fact that human meat contains the ideal combination of vitamins and nutrients humans need.
