Dany needs a political husband as she herself stated, will thus marry her nephew, the KotN Jon Snow (incest obviously not a problem on this show), destroy the white walkers with her dragons, Kill Cersei, Tyrion becomes PM (Hand of Queen or whatever), Sansa runs the North, Littlefinger killed somehow, possibly by Varys. Lots of people die in the conflict and life afterwards is no better for the commonfolk than in Season 1, Episode 1.
The winner will be democracy. Deep down, Dany doesn't want to be Queen - she sees the inherent flaws in Monarchical rule. She likened the powerful houses as spokes on a wheel, each taking over the throne as their spoke spins at the top. She said she wants to destroy the wheel. The only way to do that is to destroy the throne.
When she left Meereen, she didn't leave anyone else as ruler, but said they are to "rule themselves". She'll do something similar in Westeros.
