Exactly! The same BS happened when Gilbert beat Ches in the 5k. People seem to forget why you the race is ran before the winner is awarded... because lots can go wrong no matter how good a person is and lots can go right no matter what a person ran previously. Let's congratulate the guys that are not afraid to get out an make a race a race no matter who toes the line.
BTW... Gilbert just went 13:35 for 5k out kicking a great field who got after it after the first mile.
