I am a 34 year old man.
I used to run the 800 meter and 1500 meter in my early 20:es.
PR:s around 1.53 min n 3.55 min...
Forward 10+ years, post-University and after some years working I still feel that running is my passion. And I really want to get back. Running is my passion.
Problem is, road races are Always 5 and 10 km or longer and I strongly feel that my events are the middle distance races.
I have run 35 minutes for the 10 km 5 years ago but I am not sure I can transform my body into a 5-10 km runner.
So what should I do? Aim for the track again or the 5-10 km or just train for Health (like I have done the last years)?
