people are saying Mead will easily beat him on the track, but I don't see why Mead has an advantage. Yes, Lagat just beat Mead this weekend, but it's just April.
Let's just wait til Payton Jordan before making any more judgements on Lagat as a 10k runner. Surely PJ will be at least 27:30s, and Lagat is not the type to let the leaders go just so he can play it safe to get a standard.
