Bekele and Dibaba have used. 100%.
You were part of their teams?
You think team mates of Bekele or Dibaba would know if they were doping?

Spot on. Nice analysis.
aduck2002, you have proved yourself out of the loop since you never knew about meldonium and a cocktail of other drugs. You repeats the old igf-1 lr3 drugs of the past.

Some triathletes were trying to get hold of meldonium last year:

Was she taking meldonium in 2012? When it was banned isn't really material to the question of when she started cheating.

+1. Taking pharmaceuticals to get an edge in performance, regardless of whether they are banned at the time is cheating.
meldonium is old and basic at most 4 enduranc
question is why felt need to use when at her best was all due to epo .

Is there really a site where people just talk about how to use PEDs???

Thank you for someone finally saying it! The whole Kalenjin farce gets me riled up. People like Tim Noakes (of The Lore of Running) conveniently ignores the fact that these guys have been able to dope like crazy. He also raves about Salazar and we know how dodgy he is. Sorry for off topic rant.

That amateur triathlete has made me ten times more angry than Aregawi. How brazen can you get?
Why doesn't he just do a Rossi and join in half way around the course? It would be just as meaningful.
Remember when an Ethiopian slashed the 5k record by 11 seconds in the 90s? That seemed to be when records and personal best times started to tumble on the track. Prior to that it was still quite difficult to go under 13. All it took were the new Africans! (let's ignore that Africans ran the 5k for decades prior)
Remember when the marathon record was like 2:06 for a loong time until Khannouchi and others took it down to 2:05s then the bottom dropped out into the 2:03s and 2:02s. This is when a ton of East Africans became sub 2:05 guys. The usual reasoning was younger, more talents guys were doing it now, duh. Nevermind the fact that young, talented guys were also running in the 90s and never sniffed 2:04. It's the new Africans!
We're seeing same thing now from Aden's group (including Farah). Aden has found the magic to turn most all his athletes into world beaters...
All this smells of drugs. What's worse is we can point to specific years when it came into effect. The Russians smelled dirty when they were winning all the mid d races. They were. The Turkish women were the same.
In a true dirt-free running scene there would be more parity especially since training has been more or less the same for decades. There is no magic and there is no such thing as a group of people being genetically superior to another race in running. Bullshit. We haven't had time enough to evolve to those distinctions.

Oh really?
Then how come other ethnic groups cannot replicate them?
Why does'nt everyone else just dope like crazy and win every major city marathon available?
