Lots of holes in Jeff Spicoli's story such that I question why a cop would have even bothered taking this report because a Pitkin County prosecutor won't waste his time on this. For one Putting down the chairlift safety bar would have prevented this "alleged" incident, no witnesses to corroborate this unlikely event adds to its speciousness and finally waiting all day to file a report means the evidence is stale and it couldn't have been that serious to the supposed victim.
Chock it up to hallucinations from too much weed and coke or maybe it was the 11,000 foot altitude.
