I'm a freshman in high school and I have my first indoor meet next week. My school doesn't have a indoor program so I don't have a coach do help me with work outs. My question is what should my training schedule by with a meet coming up on Saturday the 12th.
I'm going to be running to open 800 at that meet.

I ran the all those times after cross ended which was about 1 month ago.
I hope to run a 2:15 at the meet. Does this seem realistic?
Here is my training schedule from last week. Please critic.
Monday
5 mile easy run
Tuesday
12x200 at 34 with about 60 second rest. Slowed down to around 35-36 on the last 3.
Wednesday
4 mile tempo run 6:20 pace
Thursday
2 mile warm up 3x500 with 4 min rest
