Just wondering if I am taking my normal runs at a to hard of a pace.
Monday- 6miles average 6:05
Tuesday- 7miles average 6:10
Today- Track workout:
1mile warm up
3x1600 on 2:00min rest, 5:11,5:04,5:01
2x800 on 2:00min rest, 2:24, 2:18
1mile cool down
Am I training at the right pace and what do you think my 3200, 1600, 800 time is right now
