He could be sentenced to life in prison if proven he had unprotected sex with multiple people (he obviously did)without disclosure after his diagnosis. Also, this makes me think he acquired HIV from a man giving him anal sex because that is most likely form of passing it on and it's very hard to get from a woman even if she is infected.
If the HIV doesn't get him the cigs, alcohol, and drugs will. I had no idea he was only 50 -- he looks at least 10 years older than that to me.

No it isn't that hard. Yes the transmission rate is lower than M2M or M2F, but F2M isn't off in the 1% land. Through in things like anal sex (f2m), stds (HPV and HSV among others increase the rate. And if you sleep with 100 people the odds of getting one of them approached 99%:)) and it could happen.
And I know he says he doesn't do IV drugs but I would still factor them in.
Or of course it could be the tranny hooker that a look of rumors seem to favor:)

I would be surprised if he didn't have HIV based upon who he was sleeping with, the drugs he was doing, etc. When your list of ex GFs includes a number of porn stars who have slept with hundreds of men, it's not really that far fetched. It decreases one's odds of being infected by an HIV+ female partner by 60%.
