I've been suffering from Osgood Schlotters coming up on one month now. For the last 9 month, I have felt pain in that area, but not enough to stop me from running or being too cautious even. Then during Christmas break, the pain increased greatly to the point that I can't run. After two weeks of constantly icing, I returned to college (I'm a freshman) and started ultrasound treatments, and while the pain decreased to the point where I could run, it still lingers. Just yesterday, when I said the pain was minimal, the trainers forwent the ultrasound treatment (which I though was too soon, and this morning running 20 minutes, the pain came back strong again. If there is anything to do besides icing and ultrasound, please fill me in, and tell me if it was wrong for the trainers to stop the ultrasound treatment on the first day the pain was minimal.
