I wanna see all of your guys opinions and experiences. I've noticed that there seems to be a different type of fitness for track and xc, even if youre competing the same distance (ex: 2 mi). When in xc, we don't do track work as much, but more trail repeats/speedwork on hills etc. So during xc, track work feels harder than trail repeats and such.
And on the other hand, in track the trail speedwork and hill repeats always felt tougher to me.
Let me know if I am weird, or if you all know what I'm talking about.
