Anybody have any real insight into the situation there?
The coach has lost control of the team and the culture of discipline has been shed. Expect people to transfer out and recruitment to fall off of a cliff.
Do you actually know this? Kind of hard to believe Mick has lost control of his team and they have all turned into a bunch of undisciplined frat boy types.
Remember at prenats where one of the brojos said beating Wisco shouldn't count for rankings, they weren't really racing? I'm the first guy who said they were racing and just weren't as good this year. You don't go half way across the country for a tempo run. I didn't Wisco to do this spectaculary bad at conference. I don't think they'll even make ncaas now.
Interesting. I'm a bit removed, but had heard some pretty negative things about the classes of 2011 and 2012. Not really sure if that falls on Gary or Allen, but they're literally getting nothing from upperclassmen with the current exception of Bradjic. Taneff and and especially Neff had a bit of success on the track, so I'm not sure there's a good coach vs. bad coach thing going on, but the transition has been bumpy, to say the least.
UW-Eau Claire is the best team in Wisconsin now

Easy killer. No doubt Eau-Claire is legit AF....With that said, I would personally be very careful about posting big time statements like that with a registered user name showing you are associated with Eau Claire XC....just puts you guys in a unnecessary spotlight.
D. Lau would not post something like that... It's probably not him
What are Wisconsins chances of making it to nationals?
How does this affect the Great Lakes Regional prospects. Unlikely that Wisco will make it now. And nothing special out of IU or MSU. Does this open it up for a team like Eastern Michigan or Notre Dame to sneak in? Or does it just mean the Great Lakes will only send 3 teams this year?
This is a despicable performance by Wisconsin. I think it's time for a change at the top. I would look for a real head coach and then hire Chris Solinsky. Mick and Gavin need to be chased out of Madison with flaming pitchforks. I've seen better performances by high school teams.
There has to be a year that they break the streak, unfortunately for them it is 2015. It would be cool if they could win BIG 10 for 28 straight years, or 50 straight years or whatever. But sometimes your dynasty comes to an end.

Relax, bruh. You are correct this is a despicable performance but we don't know all the facts.
Mick is one of the best coaches in the country. He has proven it. I refuse to believe he is the problem.
Carl Hirsch (107th as a Frosh), Ryan Kromer (99th as a Frosh), Joe McAsey (128th as a Soph), McKena Ramos (3rd Big Ten 1500), Russ Sandvold, Kai Wilmot...not to mention Hacker. Absolutely nothing from any of these guys this season. How does this happen?
Hirsch 25:10 for 78th today. :|
Schrobilgen - injury a couple days before the meet
Hacker - bike accident before Wisco
can't speak for the others

Idiot, they lost in 2013 as well...
He dropped out right in front of me. He had a look of disgust on his face, grabbed his right hammy and limped away.
Did mccasy transfer to Wisconson? What for

You kidding me bruh? This is Wisconsin not Iona and Mick is tarnishing the great tradition. Maybe a great coach when he recruits Irishmen and Kenyans but he can't get top American talent to perform. I hope Hacker gets the hell outta there if they don't shi* can the whole staff. Get Solinsky and rebuild the machine again.
