Almost done with a disgraceful XC season and I'm ready for indoor to start. Only have a month between Xc and indoor so I'm not going to get much faster but how much time can I take off my PR?
5k: 18:49 as a junior, now a senior and i haven't improved at all.
Mile: 5:20 with bad pacing/got boxed in (junior year) maybe could of banged out a 5:17.
Hoping to put together a decent DMR team with me in the 1600.
