Hi, I'm a senior in high school and I run the 800m in track. With cross country season coming to a close I was looking for some off-season training advice. I have from now until early January, when indoor season begins.
My PR in the open is a 2:04 and my best split in the 4x800 relay is a 2:02. I would like to see my times sub-2 minutes this year, and I was looking for some advice from you pros as to what I can do in the off season to improve my time and prepare for the season.
