I know there are factors such as How the Runner feels on race day, and the course. But from the workouts below Im curious to see what people think I should be able to run a 5k from the numbers of the Training.
Tempo runs - 1 easy 2 hard at ( 6:06 pace) 1 easy
Long runs - 10 miles at (7:30)
8x 400 repeats ( 75, 71, 74, 73, 75, 74, 71, 73)
4x 1200 repeats ( 3:58, 4:05, 4:09, 4:15) Went out to hard for 1st one
3x 1 mile repeats (5:32) (5:44) ( 5:38)
2.5 k time trial ( 8:35)
