I'm going. Never been above the Mason-Dixon line before. What's it like up there in April?
Me.
I'd better sign up soon I suppose.

Marathon day in Boston is usually pretty good, 40-60 degrees and dry. But be ready for anything from snow to 100 degrees.
This will be my first Boston...
I'll be there, trying to break 3:00. I'm looking forward to the Wellesley College stretch.
.....also, where is the place to be and get "happy faced" on Monday night? Any suggestions where the runners hang out?
I am Boston bound as well. Training is going well!!! Starting the first of my long runs tomorrow evening: back and forth over a 1 mile steep bridge for 2 hours straight. The run gets extended even longer (up to 3 hours as I get closer to race day) each week. I love these runs!!!
I'll be there, wearing black and gold
rumor has it Maryann's
All up and down Boylston St is packed -- loud and occasionally wild. The place they call "The Alley," which has a few bars strubng along a pedestrian alley, traditionally has the "official" party. There are some fun spots. But largely, the crew can make its own fun.
Then, much later, Daisy Buchanan's on Newberry Street has had a rep as a gathering spot for not necessarily discriminating late-night horn-doggies and horn-kitties...you know who you are. I'm told that I've always gone there but I never seem to recall being there.
Yes, I'm running Boston.
will be there
Thinking about it. A running buddy from town is going, and he's got a place to stay with a sister or cousin or something. We'll see how things play out. Is 3 Feb the deadline?
I am qualified..trying to decide if its worth the money to fly out there this year...may stay on west coast and run a local marathon
I was planning on going until two injuries knocked me out of commission. For once, my procrastination (not registering despite meaning to) has finally paid off!
I'll be there.
I'll be there as well, tryin to get under 3.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
