Here is a fair question for you. How many opposing quarterbacks, including Manning, have gone into New England and won, especially in the playoffs? The only one I can think of recently is Flacco. So don't make Tebow out to be the worst quarterback ever because he couldn't beat a patriots team with a healthy Brady, Hernandez and Gronkowski at New England in the playoffs (oh yeah, and lets not forget their questionable acquisition of Josh McDaniels right before the game). Also, based upon the fact that Matt Cassell went 11-5, it is safe to say that the system in New England (and likely their advanced scouting / cheating) has been a big part of their success.
