But that's not the point. The point is that women these days have higher standards, the want guys who are BUFF and SHREDDED and at the same time deliver the overall package (if you know what I mean).

So in the end, you've got two choices. Train hard (crossfit style, high weights until you puke) and get BIG in the process or remain you typical runners appearance (SKINNY FAT) and never get laid.

No, that is a generalized statement b/c some people work harder in cross fit because it always has rest or down periods, it gets your HR very high, and if you were to do this in running terms, you'd over train. Therefore cross fit is easier than any serious running, because I can do cross fit 6 days a week about as hard as I can and still not over train, but if I do that in running terms (tempos or races 6 days a week) there is no doubt in my mind that 99.9% of every human will burn out in under 8 weeks (assuming they have a base behind them).

This really is controversial, and the "cross fitters" are comparing their "amount of cardio" to every day runners, not serious ones, and they are also comparing their workouts to easy runs.
