Women care if you have more muscle. True fact.

Then why are you doing Cross-Fit?
You, of all bros, should know that the X-Fitters on TV don't get that big by doing WOD's.
I know plenty of women who actually care more about how a man treats them, the man's personality, and the man's character than how much muscle mass he has. And trust me, those women are the type of women that you actually have a great future with. Not ones that judge you based off how much muscle mass you have.
You're all getting emotional over a troll.
bro, you can't be shredded and not be well conditioned. Ever heard of what you see is what you get?????? You are obviously not a strength & conditioning coach. More like a slogging coach

Eat clen and tren hard.
There is a reason that pro bodybuilders (aka: g4p models) have to be strapped to oxygen masks during "competition".
The drugs necessary to be "shredded" will take your heart for a wild ride.
Also, you're a pretty shitty troll, even for LR. Go back to /fit/.

bro, you must be talking about fat chicks. That is what runners get. I get bikini babes, bro. They don't go for runners.

Bro, the women look like men, so it doesn't matter if I make a mistake. Its all good bro.
You know what I say to runners: "go eat a cheeseburger, bro"

OK, first of all, it's me, Xfit_guy_the_real_1, but I was banned, therefore my new handle.
Yes, 20min of high intensity training is going to do more for you than an hour of SLOGGING (slow jogging, what you folks seem to like to do).
But that's not the point. The point is that women these days have higher standards, the want guys who are BUFF and SHREDDED and at the same time deliver the overall package (if you know what I mean).
So in the end, you've got two choices. Train hard (crossfit style, high weights until you puke) and get BIG in the process or remain you typical runners appearance (SKINNY FAT) and never get laid.
Your choice.
Liar, I wasn't banned. I had a lot of "overall packages" to deal with in my box lately.

There is no such thing as general "cardio," only various activity-specific forms of conditioning.

By the way bro, here is the list of ex-NFL players I decided to listen to when I saw them swallow the WOD! All they said was cmon man and I knew I found nirvana.
Wade Davis
Kwame Harris
David Kopay
Ray McDonald
Michael Sam
Roy Simmons
Jerry Smith
Esera Tuaolo

You mad bro? ?
You have to be pretty dumb to think a crossfit instructor is qualified to train people. How many bulging discs need to happen before people get a clue?
No, that is a generalized statement b/c some people work harder in cross fit because it always has rest or down periods, it gets your HR very high, and if you were to do this in running terms, you'd over train. Therefore cross fit is easier than any serious running, because I can do cross fit 6 days a week about as hard as I can and still not over train, but if I do that in running terms (tempos or races 6 days a week) there is no doubt in my mind that 99.9% of every human will burn out in under 8 weeks (assuming they have a base behind them).
This really is controversial, and the "cross fitters" are comparing their "amount of cardio" to every day runners, not serious ones, and they are also comparing their workouts to easy runs.
