what's your go to workout the day before any 3000m race?
The hay is in the barn. As a collegiate athlete, i would suggest something to get your wheels moving but nothing too long or hard. Maybe 20 minute easy jog, followed by some 100 or 200 meter strides, and another 5 minutes of jogging. Stretch, roll out, and ice bath or ice pack any sore areas. You have done the work, just make yourself loose and relaxed. Good luck!
