So, I am a 400/800 meter runner, 17 yrs old. Some days ago I ran 3x300 meter with 10 min rest at 39.0, 37.3, 39,2. What times do you think I am capable of running 400 and 800 meter?
Also I would appreciate if someone suggested me a hard 800 meter workout.
I have an upcoming race and wants to do a really hard session 1 week before the race.
