I will be a sophomore next year and I am anxious to see what I can do. My bests are 55.0 in the 400m and 2:08 for the 800m. From what I know these times are ok, but I want to be a real contributor for my team and step it up. My goals are 52 for the 400 and 2:02 for the 800. Do you think this is achievable? I have been running and lifting 5-6 days per week since July. What do you think I can run by senior year?
