Just curious to see a list of runners that followed a Lydiard type of training plan. Any details would be greatly appreciated, and thanks to any informative responses!

hill circuits:

Peter Snell, Lorraine Moller, Lasse Viren (sort of).

Healthy Intelligent Training is the one Nobby hands out at the end of the Lydiard Level 1 & 2 coaching class.
Lydiard-esque? That's a broad net.
Off the top of my head, mostly variations on Arthur's ideas...
Anders Garderud
Marty Liquori
Pekka Vasala (Viren maybe a little less)
Certainly the New Zealanders coached by John Davies and Barry McGee at various times (Moller, Quax, Audain, Kevin Ryan)
Many had modifications to the hill phase in various ways.

The more you hear of different training methods the more you realize that Arthur was a genius.
