Why is no one asking flotrack about their photo of Mo with syringes hanging out of his backpack?

Can someone explain the rules here?
From the article:
"which forces athletes to pick an exact location for one hour every day in case they are needed for testing."
Really!? What if something more important comes up and you can't be there?
It's a website, so an athlete can easily update their whereabouts any time. Beyond that, there is a little flexibility. But don't miss three of them. It's not a perfect system. There have been anecdotes where the tester has not been able to get to the athlete and rescheduled.
Lots of stories in cycling about athletes running away from surprise tests to never test positive.

Isn't this what Victor Conte is saying on Twitter? Duck and dodge? Take your EPO, Andrgel, ect and then miss 2 tests but not 3.
Take them at night. If it's too close to your last round of Androgel/EPO, then duck! Dodge! Dive! and Dodge!
And yes, this is how it works. Plenty of anecdotes about how determined testers can be. Mo's story is not plausible.
They should do a story on how British Cycling performed zero anti-doping tests on Team Sky members the entire year leading up to London's Games.
The Telegraph is getting ready to turn on Mo. Article now points out his explanation for the second missed test was "lent further intrigue on Thursday after it emerged anti-doping officials would have been under orders to make several attempts to raise him."
"Telegraph Sport has learnt that UK Anti-Doping officials would have been instructed to ring the bell of his Teddington home again or knock on the door around once every 15 minutes during the hour in which Farah was required to be available to provide an out-of-competition sample."

I would guess nearly half of all pro athletes have broken the wearabouts rule once, that's why they give you 3 strikes. The list of athletes who have failed wearabouts includes many highly respected athletes.
What is this rule? Does it say that athletes can't show up at meets in buttless riding chaps or pasties? Maggie Vessey might be disappointed.
He's obviously never seen the film The Testman Always Ring Twice!

It's unfortunate for Farah that he's a Somalian immigrant and black, because that makes the Daily Mail hate him with a passion and they simply won't let this go. It's just a shame they aren't as willing to go after other British athletes (ie some white ones, maybe a popular female marathon runner, for example).
Here's a whitey Lawton did go after and expose for being racist:
"The investigation into Malky Mackay and Iain Moody’s exchange of racist, sexist, homophobic and anti-Semitic messages..."
In fact his expose helped him win the UK Press Awards Sports Reporter of the Year. Perhaps you can give examples to back up your implied claims of racism.
You say:
"It's just a shame they aren't as willing to go after other British athletes (ie some white ones, maybe a popular female marathon runner, for example)."
They tried:

The doorbell excuse is unique to Farah.
Winners don't count as immigrants.

and in 2014 there was just one ..... so whats your point? That because Farah missed 2 in the same year as everyone else was missing them thats OK?
The fact of the matter is it is still unusual to miss 2 tests.
Mo Farah is screwed. The idiots here making very lame defenses on his behalf know this and their senseless burbling here represent the death knells of his fans and his career. Let's see how thankful he is to Allah after all this shit finally ends him.

No chance, but keep hoping:
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/othersports/athletics/mo-farah/11683785/Mo-Farah-explanation-for-missing-drugs-test-called-into-question.htmlim quite willing to consider any evidence which suggests farah is a drugs cheat but i am yet to see anything that is remotely near that
the evidence so far
1. farah and 9 other biritish athletes missing 2 tests - fairly common occurance , didnt break any rules , which is why there is a three missed tests rule
2. he ran with a convicted drugs cheat while training - along with about 20 others - is he expected to vet all training partners before running with them
3. his times suddenly improved massively with salazar - nope
his 5k time has improved by 4 seconds
his 10k time has improved by 30 seconds (he had only run the event three times in meets before joining salazar)
his 1500 has improved by 5 seconds in an event he wasn't running for a couple of years pre salazar
his upswing actually began in 2009 -10 (9 secs off his previous 5k best, 16 secs off his previous 10k best, 3 euro gold medals indoor and outdoor) , a couple of years before he joined salazar, his winning time in the 2011 world champs was 4 seconds slower than his time in 2009 when he finished 7th,
added to that british athletics set up salazar as his trainer and suggested salazar to him
4. salazar and rupp maybe being dodgy - very possible, although there is no killer evidence at the moment regarding this, is he even being investigated - however none of this is linked to farah in any way

people working for salazar, and his social media working family members, will never see anything that convinces them that salazar and his two boys did anything wrong. so your claim if being willing to consider is pure bs.
Mo began doping in 2010 and resorted to NOP iun 2011 to keep him from getting popped for the Big E
I wouldn't want you defending me.
From "The Telegraph" which was linked to you above: "UKAD refused to comment on how many athletes reached two strikes but chief executive Nicole Sapstead admitted it was “not common” ".
That's your opinion, plenty would disagree, and the 1500 was a red flag and almost unbelievable, even Cram said he couldn't believe it on live coverage for Eurosport. Oh yes, and you conveniently left out the fact that he became a world beater, double World and Olympic champion.
No they didn't, Stewart did, he just happened to be: "Ian Stewart, the former head of endurance at UK Athletics who encouraged Farah to move to the USA in February 2011", Nike and Al set it up.
You are kidding, right and how do you know it isn't being linked to Farah in some way? The fact Farah's coached by Salazar, trains with Rupp, they're all part of NOP, in Oregon, isn't also a link?
As for No.2, you're just being silly.

Stewart just happened to be employed by UK Aths, they didn't set it up, and as has been mentioned elsewhere (and I can't be bothered finding/researching it) Stewart is married to Hightower who had links/influence with Nike, etc, etc, y'all get the picture.
Mo has officially hung himself out there. He has no way to backtrack now. Silly that his PR firm allowed Mo to leave himself without any wiggle room.
