Hello all. In a couple weeks, my high school team, which I am the captain of, will begin official summer training. We will meet 5-6 days a week throughout the summer and I am planning on having the team do a summer of Malmö esk training program. Besides for that, I want to make summer training fun for people so we can get a large crowd out there. Is there any things you did or do in high school summer training that are fun to kick off summer training, like a midnight mile or some other running challenge for fun. Also anything that you carried out throughout the summer to keep people coming? Much appreciated
