Not that NBC commented on. Didn't even introduce most of the runners in the 5k.

yes I suppose I do...but I liked Tyson Gay also. and merritt. And they both turned out to be dopers.
but the main point is just having to see dopers in the races - wrecks the event for me.
NBC just does not stay long enough with the race (naturally, it is part of another women's race that my stream is working for--I've seen both women's 100m races and part of the women's 8 and 5, and that's it) to get a sense of the rhythm and build up the tension. They've gone to two breaks already in the first six minutes of the women's 5.
8:33 or 8:34 at 3k
Dibbaba looked around 7:08ish at halfway
8:33 3k, 14:15 pace
Vessey was definitely under 2:00. The times were off by a lot.

After yesterday's timing issues and today's W400 time adjustment, I find it hard to trust the times.
So Renaud Lavillenie is considered THE pole vault record holder and not Bubka.
But Lavillenie's vault was indoors.
Bubka is still the outdoor record holder.
Isn't outdoors THE World Record?
Dibaba off pace and slowing
12:02 or 12:03 with 800 to go, looking at around 14:16
this is pretty boring. was huddle supposed to be running this? Last night's 10k was way better, but not TV'd.
12:02 at 4200. Just ran a 70. Needs a 2:08 close... unlikely
13:13 with 400 to go, she has slowed
14:20ish
