How is Paula dirty in your mind? I need no proof other then the steep improvement curve. Give me your .02 answer, I know you have beat this up before but why is PR dirty & Taka clean? In my mind anymore they are all on.

Your synopsis is meaningless. Someone just tell us how she broke her rib.

Because Radcliffe's mind is focused only on drugs, as the only and best way (in her mind) of training and improving.
Her method of "choice" in the press to try and discredit and keep her competitors behind her was with drugs. And this was the ONLY means she utilized to move from her typical perennial also ran positioning.
She did not get ahead by quietly training and running faster than her competitors, her mind was completely focused on the drugs, to keeping the better competitors behind her, as her means to succeed.
Drugs were, and remain, Radcliffe's primary focus. Which is why I am convinced she is dirty and on drugs.
Not only that, but that she uses drugs to falsely accuse (and she doesn't care if it's right) the competitors who are better runners then she is.
Q chan had a one night stand and was tired from the previous days training and he was much bigger than her (gaijin) and he came down hard on her and it hurt her rib. Her coach Koide then said that she can not have romance and needs to focus more on the task at hand such as properly going through the paces and focussing on each and every stride over the 70km.
That is what happened to her rib.
she is not on drugs. one of the few maybe. the japanese coporations high schools and unis spend over half a billion diollars on developing marathon runners. give half a billion dollars to kenya and see where they would be. they would do great things also. even greater than they already do.
70km per day is more frequent than you would think. up to three four times a week
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
