She said that she doesn't even train at the pace that they raced in London, implying that her "regular" training runs are always faster. I say BS. She wants us to believe that the Kenyan women routinely train at a sub 5:30 pace. If the pace was slower than what they train at then none of them should have gotten dropped. Thats the same as someone whose training pace is 7:00 and racing the marathon at 7:10 not beng able to hold onto that tempo. Here's the article to what she said.
