Ok Ok Ok!
I have read this board for well over 2 years and have seen all the knowledge people try to help with. Here is my question of the day:
If good solid aerobic mileage = helps you get faster
BUT
You have crap biomechanics and injury prone = when you run over 70 miles a week
IS THERE
Anyway of compensating with only being able to handle 50-70 miles a week.
I know the arguments... but this is why I ask. I have had 4 back to back injuries in the past. In many cases I have been working hard with physio the whole time and being aware of the body. If I have got hurt this many times... and now I just want to be healthy and able to run... and STOP gambling with injury by doing too many miles:
What can u do if u can't just rely on 80-100 mile weeks but want to be as strong as possible off of around 60-70.
Thank you for your time...if you reply...
