These times are pretty close to mine. I'm a freshman and only ran the 800 and 1600 once in indoor season this year. My 800 was a 2:08 and my 1600 was 4:49. My best in XC was 16:32. I was running about 30-35 mpw during XC and a little less during winter because I got injured in December for a few weeks and then sick for a week in January. So, I averaged about 25-30 during winter. I think if you just build up your mileage over Spring and summer to about 45 you've got a good shot at the record.
