Your caffeine consumption is terrible. Caffeine is well known to create havoc with the thyroid, wear out the adrenals, harden the arteries, increase the chances of stroke, and chronically increase cholesterol, blood pressure and heart rate.
I'm not surprised none of the medical quack doctors of death bothered to mention this to you.
The rest of your diet is hit and miss, with some good parts, and other terrlble things too, like the high consumption of animal protein and dairy, and generally an imbalance of calories.
Personally I like a high percentage of calories from complex carbs and fruit, less than 10% of calories from protein, and less than 5% from fat, with no added salt.
