If he was texting and driving, he deserves to pay the ultimate penalties in all categories...for texting and driving, reckless driving, and vehicular manslaughter etc.
I've been hoping for some way to get this attention seeking twit out of "our" headlines. (I'm pretty much anti "reality" show attention seekers across the board, and he and the Kardashians are just trash.)
I hope this avoidable tragedy puts him behind bars and out of the news.
This avoidable manslaughter is the perfect case maker for why not to text and drive and why celebridiots such as himself should have a driver.
I guess it was only a matter of time before a "celebrity" (there is nothing to celebrate about this guy) would be a part / a cause of one of these vehicular manslaughter cases due to texting and driving.
What is it about human beings that when the law makes it illegal to text and drive...a certain percentage think they get to skip that law cos they are excited to text someone in the moment???
If he had pulled over to text, that woman would be alive and her family and friends not grieving her forever...
