Very high quality times.
Good to see Aaron run well.
Also at Houston - Aaron Braun 2:12:54; Kellyn Taylor 2:28:40

Surprising that these times did not receive more coverage. 2:28:40 for Kellyn Taylor (about whom I know nothing) is especially impressive - more impressive than the women's 1/2-marathon times, in my opinion.

Kellyn Taylor is the former Kellyn Johnson. Won the 25K race in Grand Rapids among other things.

Something like the 5th or 6th fastest ever debut for Kellyn. I had no idea who she was either, but she's got some decent PRs
15:20 ish for 5k, mid 32 for 10k and around 72 minutes for a HM... Seems she's getting better with distance. -
Braun 2:12? Wtf? When did he get into marathons, and when did he get so fast in them? Thought of him as a 5k-10k runner, had no idea he was even training for the marathon. I see big things from him in the future, thats a great run for Aaron.

Kellyn is part of the Ben Rosario coached NAZ Elite. You will hear more and more from Rosario coached athletes in the marathon. Great program.

Braun debuted in LA with a 2:19. It was a self described crash and burn race for him.
Kellyn Taylor's debut is a big deal. There will be a lot of women trying to get the third spot on the Olympic team (Desi, Shalane & ________). The US trials on the women's side in 2016 may be the most competitive ever in the US. -
