So my track season is about 3/4 of the way over and it has been extremely rough. My races were horrible but training was great. I don't feel extremely fit yet I can go out and run a 11:00min 2 mile randomly during an 8 mile run and be fine. My races though were bad...

My goals were to break 2:50 in the 1,000m and break 4:40 in the mile. This of course was from previous training and now seems impossible. Any thoughts on how to save my season?
