Yeah, 400h 400 4x4. The bigger question is if anyone has done it at an all state type meet. My state limits you to 2 running 1 field, so not possible. Know someone who won the mile and 800 at the all state level same year.

Absolutely. Many times in HS I won the 800, 1600, 3200, 4x800. We didn't have a terribly competitive area though and I ran 4:22 in HS so it wasn't much of a problem to outrun the 4:50 types on a regular basis, even over 4 events a meet. I ran 4 events (max in Ohio at the time) every meet in HS.
Once in college I won the 5K, 10K, and 3K steeple at conference, plus a leg on the 4x800 that won (no thanks to my sub-par performance), but that was over two days (4x800 and 10K on Friday, 3K ST and 5K on Saturday). Nothing terribly special time wise... 1:57, 31:17, 9:11, and then 15:31 - thank god the 5K was a sit-and-kick because that was about all I had left in me.
High school meet:
Won open 400 in 49.8
Won open 800 in 1:56
Won open mile in 4:24
Also anchored and won a 4X800 and a 2,2,4,8 medley relay
Several times in my younger days I took my girlfriend at the time in all three orifices in the same day. By winning, I always came first, if that's what you mean.
A lot of you must have been in more competitive conferences than me. I won 4 events at most dual meets throughout high school and I sucked by LRC standards. A normal meet would look like this: 3200R win (2:02 split), 1600m win (4:50), 800m win (2:05), 3200m win (10:20). It was awesome.

Happens all the time in HS (or at least it used to). Lots of good (not even great) HS distance runners will triple in the 800, 1600, 3200 in a dual meet just for points. Sometimes they will even jump in the 1600 relay to quadruple.
There are a whole lot of HS dual meets in which it does not take a tremendous amount of talent to get 3 or 4 wins.
Whoops! This exactly. I did not read the 2nd page of responses before chiming in with my 2 cents.

Not in the same day, but a few years back nick hartle quadrupled at the nevada state meet and won all four events with times of
400-47.79
800- 1:52
1600- 4:18
3200- 9:28
(4500 ft elevation)
He also won the state xc title that year.
Even though it is nevada, pretty impressive to see a kid sweep the 400-xc state titles.
I saw Josh McDougal do a pretty awesome triple at IC4A back in either '08 or '09. He won the 5000, 10,000, and 1500 (of which there were trials and finals). Not all same day, but still that's 18,000m of racing (sort of. I'm guessing the 5 and 10 were easy wins. But he ran the 1500 in 343 or something which isn't super easy). Anyway, who knows why in hell his coach had him do such a meaningless triple but it was kinda cool.
At the 1996 Illinois State Meet which has prelims Friday/ finals Saturday (all events have prelims except for the 3200)
Marius Bakken from York ran a 9:07 3200, 1:53 800, and 4:12 mile to win the 32, 16 and get second in the 8.
Rodney Sessions from East St. Louis anchored the winning 4x100, won the 110 HH in 14.3, won the 300 Hurdles in 37.7, and ran the anchor leg from about 15 yards back to overtake the 400 M state champ who had run a 47.7 open earlier in the day.
However, both Eastside and York were beat by Wheaton Warrenville South for the team title that year.

I'd say that this proves track is still a team event no matter your best athlete but that same day, Babatunde Ridley scored 40 pts all by himself winning the small school 100, 200, LJ, and TJ and outscored the runner up team with 31 pts.
To a 16 year old kid this was all pretty impressive to watch-

Did that hungover and in trainers. My teammates carried me off the track on a gold-plated chair after it was all done.
Wow. I had a similar experience by instead of being carried off the track, I was immediately handed a pen to sign my $200k salary contract. My wife, who's a 10, love when I tell the story.
I once, farted, and sharted during a meet. Not quite a triple but respectable.
I know he did it a lot, but the "stop the track!" biggest news I remember hearing as a freshman in high school is when a mister Alan Webb went
Mile - 4:06.74 won by 8.2 sec over teammate Richard Smith
400 - 49.29 won by .2 sec over teammate Richard Smith
800 - 1:49.53 won by 5.7 sec over teammate Richard Smith
All in the course of about 50 minutes at the Concorde Distict meet.
Smith's 4:14/1:55/49 triple without a single win should get some kind of award.

All for the Win. He just ran fast enough to win the 1600. Could have easily won the 3200 also. Possibly the 200m
That was Rodney Giles ... but you are off on the times. Giles was probably one of the most talented hs runners ever to not exploit his ability. Ran for Pitt, I believe, then dropped out. A legit stud.
Rodney Giles, Northern, 1983 Maryland State Championships (5 hours)
1600 4:17.8 (1st)
400 47.8 (1st)

Here are a couple more triples by Maryland boys that came up short for the triple:
Dale Bateman, Laurel 1971 Prince George’s County Champs
1 mile 4:14.5 (1st)
880 1:56.0 (1st)
Triple jump 42-7.5 (2nd)
Dave Sandridge, Parkdale, 1973 Atlanta Track Classic in 90 minutes
1 mile 4:15.4 (1st, fell down after the 1st lap, laid flat until the field jumped over then got up and won)
880 1:53.9 (2nd)
2 mile 9:06.4(1st)
