Those aren't real tests. USADA/WADA are operated by the athletics federations. It's the same as having N.Y.P.D. investigate murders by their own cops. We've demanded independent testing and sunshine for the past 100 years and USATF/IAAF refuses us.

Ask yourself. Would Rupp go out of his way to say \"on record\" that any or his competitor\'s are clean. Why would he? Why would anyone do that? How do I know you are not a serial killer? Or a crack dealer? I\'m certainly not going to say you are not.

Galen got tested a lot because he raced a lot, and he went for records. End of story.
Are you so out of things that you believe this or are you just trolling? I challenge you to find 1 competitor of Rupp\'s that believes he is clean. ONE in the entire world that is willing to go on record and say that he believes that Rupp is clean.

OLD STORY. WADA/USADA's protocols are well known way ahead of time. Every clinician, agent, and coach knows how to get under their guys under the radar. Like Victor Conte says in his book, there's sooo much advanced notice, it's simple to lower your numbers. You have to be an idiot to get busted by WADA/USADA.

OP, gimme a break, he had at least 15 races where he would have been potentially tested
1. He absolutely didn't run 15 races in 2014.
2. As already pointed out^, this is only through three quarters of 2014. There will obviously be more still.
Sorry, fanboy. If it was about frequency or quality of racing, Simpson would be tested like crazy. But that's not what gets you tested.
I'll say it again: This is a massive outlier, any way you slice it. This just can not be denied but anyone who can read numbers.
Actually, you know who else was tested ALMOST as much? 12 tests for Mo Trafeh in 2013.

Anyone who has read Alberto's white paper is aware that NOP pushes the use of performance enhancing substances to the legal limit, as obviously the USADA is, and the repeated testing and passing demonstrates they are indeed respecting the limit
Well, that was an interesting argument when Lance Armstrong made it...

Even for unannounced testing? They don't get a heads up for that.
I was talking with one of the agents who came to my house and they said they are currently tracking down Kenyans in the US and showing up unannounced. They can test anyone, anytime and if you refuse, it's a ban.

And she WON a Diamond League race which Rupp has NEVER done.
I'm not sure Rupp has ever even earned a DL point.
Rupp has NEVER won a single major international race. Period.

comparing women's steeple to men's 5k isn't really fair.
Simpson raced the 1500 in 2014, not the steeple. Get some facts before you start babbling.

Yeah, for some reason I thought he was talking about Coburn. Wasn't reading carefully.

Incorrect. Higher-ranked athletes are tested more. You might have missed it but Rupp was the World leader at 10,000 this year. Compare him to some other World #1 runners and you'd have a valid inference....
Or instead, maybe you can just keep logging onto a message board anonymously to pursue your weird obsession.
Dude, there is no such thing as 'unannounced [drug] testing'. USADA/WADA, NFL, MLB, FIFA, DoD, FAA, etc. lets everyone the exact list of substances they test for. Clinicians simply inject their athletes with PEDs not on the list. It's that easy.

The Prefontaine Classic is a major international meet. Get some facts before you start babbling, to quote some dingleberry.

Well Jenny Simpson was ranked #1 in the 1500 for 2014 and she was only tested twice... So your logic is invalid.
Simpson is the outlier, Einstein.
Pre is NOT a 'major'. It's an IAAF TV "filler" meet, PR, or touring meeting.sc42 wrote:

You can get a ban later for peds not currently on the list
As a previous poster said, there is an APB for the large number of suspected Kenyan dopers currently at large

False. There's no tests for many human performance enhancing drugs, hormones, and steroids in use today.
Whatever's going on with Rupp, Simpson and Jager are the more alarming cases. Only USADA tested twice all year, and these are some of the best runners in the country-- no wonder people say it's easy to avoid testing positive. How many times would these guys be tested by WADA?
