most nights, zero, unless i've consumed alcohol.
only time i have to get out of bed to urinate is when i've had a few beers... or if i'm extra-hydrating the night before a race (or long run in warm weather)

If I jerk off to internet porn as I normally do before I hit the sack, I have to go at least twice. Something about jacking that makes me urinate.

Once a night, every single night, but I'm not sure if I get up because I have to piss or I piss because I'm up.
I'm 56, by the way, and this has been the situation since my late 40s.
Several times usually. I drink A LOT of liquids all the time. Lots of water and decaf tea in the evenings.
If I purposely don't drink anything after dinner, I can sometimes make it to morning without getting out of bed.
I've crossed over into 60. I have to get up once a night, and probably wake up in the morning earlier than I'd like to. I remember when I used to sleep all the way through the night.I sure do miss that.

Oooh, you're a big boy.
54. Usually once a night unless I drink more than usual, which I usually do before long runs on Saturday.
Also, as mentioned earlier, not sure if it's because I need to go or the fact I wake up for a few minutes and figure I'll get it out of the way while I'm up.
50 years old. Drink about 72.oz a day between water, milk, cranberry juice and beer some days. Probably wake up every two hours.
I used to about once a night until a doctor told me to stop drinking liquids after 9pm.
I go twice nightly after hitting the sack, but I don't bother getting out of bed.
If it makes you feel any better, I am 19 and I usually get up twice throughout the night to urinate.
I usually go to sleep at @10 and get up @5. I have to pee @ 3:30-4:30 am most of the time. This really stinks because most times I can barely get back to sleep before I have to get up and go. The only benefit is that I will never oversleep for an early race again because there is no way I am sleeping past 4:30 without going to the bathroom.

On this note, I've always whizzed a lot and the patterns haven't really changed a whole lot since I hit my 50's.
I couldn't get long term health care because my PSA was 4.3....
So, now I have to go back for a third time to my urologist.
That was embarrassing..
Im 60, still run 35 miles a week after a long running career covering decades...very fit
and got denied long term healthcare insurance....
Wife just died 10 months ago..so figured I was gonna die alone and after what I saw in the nursing home arena..
I thought Id better get it..
I guess im not healthy enough..
I probably go 3 times a night. to make a short story long.
Usually twice, that I've done even when I was much younger. But could be related to the fact that I'm a light sleeper. I can still hold it on cross country flights avoiding germ pit bathrooms if needed.
age 50
How many have trouble hitting the bowl in the middle of the night? , Mine seems to go off at right angles.
I am woken several times a night by what I always think is a bomb going off but it's just me farting.

45 years old.
I'm not waking up during the night, but I do wake up around 6:30 or 7 AM to pee, even on weekends.
It used to be that I could sleep until 11 AM or so on a good Saturday.
Most often, I don't get up at all; sometimes, I'll get up once. I may be slightly under-hydrated relative to what might be considered optimal.
