OP: I'm in similar boat, due to small stomach and reflux issues. And I just don't like to eat. I sort of understand people labeling this as ED, b/c most people love to eat. I've had myself checked out though, and while my BMI is on low end, all blood testing indicates everything is great, so my doc just shrugs.
Anyway, here are some tactics I've used to deal with it (at 70mpw ave):
- hydrate with gatorade or similar immediately after every run.
- large glass (~20oz) of whole milk / soy milk and carnation breafast mix immediately after every run.
- large glass of whole milk / soy milk mix before bed.
- "ultimate meal" with fruit juice 4-5x per week, taken between meals.
- lots of bananas, trail mix or just plain bread slices on hand for casual snacking.
- all of this on top of normal 3 daily meals (which don't tend to be very big for me).
- my regular meals are pretty loaded with fat (avocados, fish, nuts, butter, high-fat meat, etc).
- drinking lots of fluid seems to help me stomach more food.
- Prilosec OTC to manage acid reflux seems to really help as well.
