And his youtube channel has something like 4000 videos of this stuff and over the course of 4 years.
If you really want to worry yourself, look at the videos as he gives a tour of where he sleeps (his dad's vending machine warehouse).

Put it into slow motion and got the exact time on it..This is now my 3rd fastest 100 ever since 1999
Using blocks could have been faster by about .35 of a second... and with a 7mph tailwind which is legal it could have been even faster by another .20 of a second.
Before this race i set an all time personal record dating back to 1999 in the 35 yard dash..
I do 4 by 35 yard dash warmups with 5mins in between each one...
On the last 35 warmup i go all out.. then take exactly 5mins rest and then race the 100..
This is unreal for me right now..
I ran 3.94 .. I am extremely accurate with my hand time.. I know when i start it early and i know when i stop it late.
My previous best in the 35 this summer was 4.00 and earlier in the year i was struggling to get below 4.10..
My best 35 from last year was 3.97...
I would have got my all time record in the 100 but i missed it by .10 of a second. I didnt have the best form on the 100,, strained too hard..
Lots of technical problems on it.. But at least i got my 35 yard dash record...
I got the first 35 yard dash split of this 100 and it was 3.98..
Which just further proves to me that my 3.94 was real.
Yet again all of this on 2 days a week of track training and heavy powerlifting after the track on both of those days..
Now just think what i can do if i put in 6 days a weeek at the track, lifted mediocre here and there and got back down to 185lbs..
Im thinking i could do around 10.2 .. then combined with my all powerful 4 by 200 meter workout im thinking i would get the world record... Its a light record to begin with.. Im thinking more alone the lines of 42.51...
Right now im posing more, eating more whey and doing more muscle fiber calculations to figure out why my muscle fibers are this dense all naturally..
should be fun... and on a side note why am i this hot all naturally? I dont get it..
dont know the caloric content on the whey shake but know its alot prob around 2100 calories.. should be fun...
