There was nobody in the world from 1890 till 2014 that has weighed over 190lbs while running the 400
The average professional 400 runner is 128lbs to 178lbs.. For example the heaviest pro 400 runner last year was 183lbs.
And that's for all heights.. Height plays a huge factor..
And the funny thing is most of these runners are taller than me..
Every inch taller garners potential weight..
For instance if I was 6'1 I might be instead of 210,, 217lbs..
And it goes up from there... If I were 6'5 I would be around 232lbs...
Im even pound for pound heavier and faster than any current decathlete...
The heaviest decathlete in the world in 2012 in they Olympic games was 209lbs.. Heres the catch though.. he was 6'5 tall!
The funny thing is this..
Nobody can disagree with me on this..
Im just going to sit back and laugh while everyone does their research and tries to come up with someone 6'0 tall and over 210lbs that ran faster than me in the 400... You wont find it.. Lmfao.....
Guess what? I already did the research and dating back to 1890 I found zero people that heavy at that height..
Another funny thing is that NOT only am I heavier than all 400 runners dating back to 1890... I am heavier than everyone in the 200, 100, and 60 yard dash.. Basically there is nobody in the world that is 6'0 tall and over 210lbs that runs any sprint... WOW.
You're a bit strange.
So you checked the weight of thousands of high schoolers who have run a sub 53
Google Tyrone Wheatley as an example who was your height, a bit heavier and a star running back at Michigan as well as the big ten 110m hurdles champion
I lift 2 days a week and on those same days I run my track workouts and races..
So there are only 2 days out of the week that I workout.
Because rest is more important.
in the winter I run my track workouts after lifting to maximize my lifting..
And in the summer I run my track workouts before lifting to maximize my track workouts and races.
the reason why I do that is because running in anything below 75 degrees does not produce peak times in track.
If I trained 6 days a week at the track like most track athletes do then yeah I would be much faster.. But heres the thing, I would be lighter.. And thus being lighter would make me weaker at the gym for powerlifting.
I weigh around 224-232lbs in the winter. Therefore in the winter I try to gain weight and in the summer I lose the weight and get down to around 210-218lbs to maximize my track speed and workouts.
Im doing a balancing act between the two...
And if I didn't run track at all then I would weigh around 245lbs.
That's what running does.. It prohibits protein synthesis within the muscle fibers thus making them weaker and weaker and smaller and smaller.. That's why I don't do distance.. Distance makes muscles weaker and smaller.. that's why distance runners are weak, light, small, and....... weak.
I don't even do a warmup of 400meters.. The farthest that I run in any of my workouts is the day that im running the 400 all out.. Lmfao.
Just goes to show that I know exactly what im talking about to maintain both speed, power, and hotness in everything that I do.. and I look good in everything that I do.
So im not only big, but im fast too.. and on a side note hot. wow.

53.79 is quite slow.

53.79 is quite slow for a sprinter. You should probably train harder if you want to compete with any of the athletes you are comparing yourself with.

500lbs Squats for 3 reps at 6'0 and 212lbs. 100 percent all natural...
Just goes to show that I don't take shortcuts in anything.
I literally have to squat 500lbs or more just to be able to carry this extremely heavy of a weight around the track this fast.
Your wrong.. Here we go in comparing football players with their football preseason weight and their track weight..
The difference in all of them is this.. whatever you THINK they weighed while they were playing football.. .....
Subtrack 25-35lbs or more from that weight and that's what they ran track at....
You literally think that they ran their track races at their football weights? lmfao..
Please make me laugh harder..
Yet again... No one can think of anyone that is at my height of exactly 6'0 tall or below and over 210lbs in the 400..
but Keep doing your research...
I have literally spent months researching this..
Do you understand the concept of as someone gets taller the more they weigh? because the more room they have to pack on muscle on their frame?
Or is that just not ringing a bell in your head?
a 6'5 guy who weighs 205lbs.. is in no way comparable to me because if I were 6'5 I would literally be 232 in my track season and I would be 265 in my lifting season in the winter.
please make me laugh harder

The late wilt chamberlain would have dusted you, ages 18-42. Impressive nonetheless but you wouldn't make the top 10 all time til you dip sub 49 at least
Hey man, I set a 400 world record at 56 seconds for my weight and height too. 5 foot 6.57891234 inches and 132.89 pounds. Also I set the world record in the 238.7 meter dash, and that's not height and weight adjusted too, so I'm pretty much better than you are.
This is pretty weird. I'd guess there are hundreds if not thousands of kids who can run under 54 seconds at over 210 lbs. For example, when my son was in high school, one of his teammates was a 5'10" sprinter and football running back who weighed 220. He ran 53 seconds for 400, which wasn't good enough to run in many meets or be on the 4x400 "A" team, but he did run the 400 or 4x400 a few times. My son ran 50.5 in college at 6'5", 230 lbs, and it wasn't one of his better events and nobody thought it remarkable.
I'd bet that any fast, under 6', over 210 college running back could run under 54 for 400m. And no, they don't lose 30 lbs for track season.
Weird. I hope this is tongue-in-cheek.
Pretty sure that I've coached a few decathletes that were bigger and significantly faster at 400m, than you. Sorry, trollobaggins!
