I think you're close enough to try. Go out at 3:22 and hold on for dear life.
yes i would say you are in sub 16.50 shape. you have slowed in the session which makes me think it was run quite close to your maximum. but i would say in the right race on a quick course you should do it[quote]5k predictor workout wrote:
