For the first time ever I was rooting for Gatlin to win.

I've been pretending to root against him, but wtf they are all dirty.

Track and field needs some drama.

I could give a s**** that some NFL guy is dirty, I realized today I don't care about the 100 either.

his missed his vital athletic years and probs could of ran 9.6 of he ran from 06-10

My belief that he is dirty has nothing to do with him testing positive twice

surely he can't be on drugs, it took him years to get accepted back in the athletics community, only an idiot will do that again.

She's tested positive three times.

Once for a stimulant.

Twice for terrible fashion.

His first time was an accident (I believe that)

2nd time was stupid because if he stayed clean in my opinion would have challenged bolt when he ran 9.69 in beijing, but we will never know.

I've just come to accept that nobody can run sub 9.80 without drugs or wind. Not even bolt.

I sort of agree with you. Watching that 200 was amazing.

Don't misundertand me. I still think doping is ruining the sport. But he sat out for 4 years as compared to 4 months in the NFl is racing often and testing is way better now than 10 years ago.

When he was nearing the finish line, I had one thought, "Usain, you'd better start training."

Usain's coach: "Usain, you'd better start juicing. Again."

This is the same reason I rooted for Lance Armstrong knowing that he was dirty. Since then though, learning that Armstrong was a tremendous D-bag on top of being dirty, I've lost tons of respect for the guy. But yeah, drugs don't come into play regarding my rooting interests.

There are only 2 kinds of 100 meter runners: Those who've been caught doping and those who have yet to be caught.

Of course he's clean. He is passing all the tests, right? Must be clean then. Doped in the past, but is now clean, as he is passing the tests.

3 years from now you will regret rooting for gatlin. call it a one night stand.

you only have your pride and honor - why use it up on a guy who hurt your sport? a cheater.
