Think U got some good advise here. Ice baths do work. Chocolate milk after long runs good, always good.. Some waters better that others but water big time. Naps big time. Sleep big time. Research a bit on nutrition and eat eat eat!Couple of my HS top runners swear by honey, chocolate milk and big time waters. Think use your head. What type of runs right now DON'T beat your legs up? Why would that be? When do your legs ever seem to feel fresher? Why is that. You are all organic life forms...organic life forms adapt...think.
