Even still, be wary when you read articles like this. What can happen is:
1. Doctors release study
2. Newspaper reports running can kill you
3. Peer review shows flaws in study
Except you never hear about the last part unless you dig.
Most people are stupid though and don't dig into anything they hear. I can't wait till some middle age pink weight lifting lady comes up to me in the gym and advises me after getting off the treadmill that I shouldn't be running for so long.
even 4.00000000001? or the more i approach 4 the closer I get to the limit being heart disease? this is so dumb lol
I think all of the running more than ____ is bad studies are basically going to end up with the same conclusion once all the BS is sorted out. If you have a compromised cardio vascular system, you should not be competing in endurance events. But if you are healthy and have no cardio vascular health risks, endurance events are just fine.

We should get these heart disease patients who have survived heart attacks to the nearest Crossfit Gym ("box") AS FAST AS POSSIBLE! Walking to the fridge is gonna accumulate over time into a lifetime of mileage. CROSSFIT!!! y0
