I was interested in finding out if those who partake in high mileage regimens thought that their body's processes occured more rapidly than ordinary others. I know that blood cells are regenerated quicker than those who wouldn't exercise at all, but what about, say, the process of calcium depositing on bones to essentially create new bone. See, I was just wondering if someone who ran 100mpw could heal a fractured bone faster than someone who only runs 30mpw with the same fracture and the exact same method of healing, etc. This crossed my mind the other day and I was just wondering.
Thanks
