Bill has talked a lot about these allegations in the past day, but I haven't heard him deny that these conversations took place.

Rush is an afternoon show, noon-3, I believe.
Unless you're in a market where one or both are tape-delayed, how is is possible to flip from Stern to Rush during commercials?
You calling me a liar, chump?
In Los Angeles, Stern is on from 3a - 6a live, then taped delayed from 6a - conclusion. Rush is on from 9a - 12p, which would be live for you on the East Coast. Check the websites for KLSX and KFI.
Stern - KLSX 97.1 FM
Limbaugh - KFI 640 AM
Mr. Nass,
Did I call you a liar? Did you see the word "liar" anywhere in my post? I asked a simple question. Thanks (eventually) for the simple answer. Being here on the East Coast and having never spent more than three days out West, yes, I sometimes (as in this case) am guilty of forgetting about the time difference. However, I also didn't know you lived out there, either.
So, thanks for the civility. That's what makes this world such a wonderful place.
any attorney dealing with workplace complaints or sexual harrassment issues will tell a client to document the crap out of everything. clearly, this has been done. it will be interesting to see if the phone conversation tapes exist and support her. O'Reilly has yet to deny the allegations directly from anything I have read or heard.

The Plaintiff details specific restaurants where they were having business dinners and very specific conversations. Usually, in the fictional cases that some bring, the allegations usually lack any specificity whatsoever. Also, there were allegations of telephone calls (phone records)that progressively became more explicit each week. Lastly, there are allegations that others were subjected to this kind of behavior.
I suspect this case is going to boil down to corroborating witnesses. If some other females come out of the woodwork and make similar complaints, O'Reilly's goose is cooked. If O'Reilly did do this, this is not the first time. Usually, sexual harassers have done this before and each time they push the envelope a little farther. First it starts out as flirting. Maybe with the next person it becomes flirting and some off hand comments. Later it becomes similar to the allegations made by the Plaintiff.
Hold on a minute...did a political debate on a running message board just turn into a pedantic argument about the air times of radio shows?
Yes. Pedantic onanism.
Political debate??? I thought this was yet another "weirdest thing you ever picked up on a run" thread. Oh, wait, as I look at the top of this page, I see it must be about the bathing habits of some guy named "Bill O'Reiley." Wonder if he's ever met that Fox guy names "Bill O'Reilly" ...
Yes, a another flagrant example of precisionist coitus interruptus.
In the words of Bill O'Reilly, "No bloviating...keep it pithy."
Just bringing my dialogue down to the level of these boards. I got called a chump for asking a basic question earlier, so I thought I'd have a little fun. If you'd notice, I had a typo (intentional?) in my last post, so BFD.
It's 4:45 p.m. on a Friday; why the hell is my computer even still on?
Pedantic onanism.

I think of it more as saying big words so we can feel proud of ourselves. Flowery speech to pleasure ourselves. Just like Bill O'rgasm and the lufa.

No worries. Your computer is still on because you are addicted to LetsRun. I'm actually I'm out running a 10 miler at 5-minute pace while posting on the message boards using my wireless internet PDA. Cool, huh?

Misused sarcasm, my friend. Sometimes doesn't come across very well on a message board. My apologies to you.
